All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST.

The prices published on our secure internet reservation system are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected, unless otherwise specified (packages).
In peak periods and for major events a minimum night stay and special cancellation conditions may apply.
Packages and specials are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers. Special conditions may apply.
Special conditions apply to group bookings. Please see cancellations below.
You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation.
All reservations require current and valid Credit Card or Debit Card details for authorisation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise or charge a deposit of 20% of your total booking.
Group bookings (2 or more rooms) require a 20% deposit at the time the reservation is made. Confirmation of guest numbers for group bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
We understand you are on holiday and sometimes your plans change. Our Cancellation policy takes the risk out of booking with us and we hope forms the basis of many happy return visits.
Cancellation of individual bookings must be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the expected arrival time of 2.30pm.
All cancellations less than 24 hours of arrival time will be charged for the accommodation booked, unless we are able to replace the booking.
In the event of a late cancellation every effort will be made to resell the room and you will only be responsible for the cost if this is unsuccessful.
All cancellations must be made by the person who made the original reservation. We will acknowledge receipt of the email and the cancellation request by return email.
Cancellation of Group bookings must be notified no later than 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival. Cancellation of a Group booking within 14 days of arrival may result in the forfeit of your deposit if we are unable to rebook the accommodation.
Upon arrival we require a registration form to be signed, this confirms the details of the accommodation and accepts these terms and conditions.
A photo ID may be required for some reservations.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in is available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is available by pre-arrangement only and will incur a $10 charge.
All guests are required to check-in by 6pm. If you are unable to check-in during Reception hours, please telephone Reception on (07) 825 0551 to arrange a late check-in and/or key collection.
Please check-out by 10:30am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be pre-arranged with management. $10 is charged for late check-out.
Raglan Apartments Ltd holds your booking in good faith pending your arrival, if you fail to arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.
Children 2 years of age and under stay free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult, sharing the same bed.
In circumstances where additional beds or bedding are required or used, the extra person rate will apply.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.
It is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to supervise the child or children at all times while on our premises.
We ask that you consider and respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
Guests may have visitors, however we do not allow large, noisy gatherings or parties in our rooms. Visitors must leave the premises by 10pm
The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors while on the property.
Please be respectful of other guests at all times and be quiet after 10pm.
Internet usage and copyright
Raglan Apartments Ltd provides free WIFI internet access to guests to enable access email accounts and to search for information via the internet.
Under New Zealand Copyright Law the rights holders (owners) of movies, TV shows, and music can now send fines of up to $15,000 to Raglan Apartments Ltd if their copyrights are infringed. If you infringe any rights holders copyright, and Raglan Apartments Ltd is fined, those fines will be passed onto you.
All our units are smoke free inside. Smokers are asked to please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests.
In the event of someone having smoked in a unit we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Strong Smelling foods
In order to avoid residual lingering food odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests, the cooking of strong smelling foods is not permitted in the units.
If strong residual odours remain, the registered guest may be charged a minimum of $100 for the cost of professional cleaning. If the room cannot be rented until the smell is removed, the registered guest will be charged for the resulting loss of income.
Damage to motel property should be reported immediately. Any extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our rooms or property to its normal condition will be charged. A charge for any resulting loss of income may also be applicable. Theft of motel property will also be charged.
Loss of income charge
For any reason that your room cannot be re-let after your departure due to damage, odorous smells from cooking or smoking in the room or damage to the property then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
Fire Alarm Activation
In the event that a guest either, maliciously or accidentally through irresponsible behaviour, activates our fire alarm, Raglan Apartments Ltd reserves the right to charge or partly charge any false alarm call out fee that is invoiced by the NZ Fire Service.
Raglan Apartments Ltd accepts EFT-Pos, MasterCard and Visa. Online Transactions are completed using Paypal.
On checking in our Reception staff will ask for full payment.
If you intend to pay by cash, you may be asked for a bond to be paid on arrival, (refundable on departure).
All accommodation and any other charges not already paid for must be paid in full on the day of departure (if not already done so), unless prior arrangements have been made.
Monies unpaid after the due date may incur a Late Payment Fee of 10% of the amount owed.
All accounts are payable on arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made with Raglan Apartments Ltd management.
Accounts unpaid past the agreed due date may be referred to a collection agent for recovery. You will be responsible for any and all collection costs associated with recovering monies owed including but not limited to late payment fees, collection agent’s fees, lawyer’s fees and court costs.
Amendments to bookings
All amendments to bookings must be made by the person who made the original reservation and be in writing. Changes may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge receipt of the email and the changes requested by return email.
The person making the reservation will indemnify Raglan Apartments Ltd and its officers, employees and agents against all costs, claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses incurred as a result of any act, omission or breach of these terms by the person making the reservation, their officer, employee or agent or the guests booked.
We value your privacy. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you give to Raglan Apartments Ltd will be held with the utmost care.
Limitation of liability and disclaimer
Raglan Apartments Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever by guests, arising from any breach of these Terms by Raglan Apartments Ltd or from any negligence, misrepresentation or other act or omission on the part of Raglan Apartments Ltd.
Raglan Apartments Ltd has no liability under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any special or consequential damages arising out of use of, or inability to use, this or any connected site even if advised of the possibility of damage.
Raglan Apartments Ltd’s maximum liability to you for any damages, losses, costs and expenses under any cause of action is limited to the value of Raglan Apartments Ltd’s charge for any service or product booked by you via this website.
Raglan Apartments Ltd and the person/guest making the reservation acknowledge and agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 has no application to this agreement between them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand High Court.
Any term which is void or unenforceable shall be treated as severed from these Terms and Conditions, and shall not affect the enforceability of other terms and conditions. These Terms of Service constitute the whole agreement between you and Raglan Apartments Ltd and shall not be modified except by agreement in writing signed by Raglan Apartments Ltd.
If you are accessing the website from outside New Zealand, you must comply with all the laws of the country in which you are accessing the website from and with all New Zealand laws.
Raglan Apartments Ltd will not be in breach of any agreement or liable in any way, if we are prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and any other related services by any reason of “Act of God”, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law or Government Order, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of motel management.
Raglan Apartments Ltd may change this website or any of these Terms at any time.
The above Terms as set out supercede all previous agreements, arrangements and contracts.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
Management reserves the right to remove guests from our motel property if these terms and conditions are seriously breached. Signing the guest registration form upon check-in gives authorisation for management to charge guests Credit Card or account as outlined in these terms and conditions.
